As chartered accountant and statutory auditor, I support medium and large companies in various sectors including mechanical, chemical, medical and food.

I am mainly concerned with tax and corporate consultancy and, in particular, with corporate and business reorganizations and extraordinary transactions such as acquisitions and mergers; I also gained particular expertise in tax litigation and in tax and corporate consultancy for Start-Ups and Innovative SMEs.

I am a presenter at professional conferences, a journalist and author of technical texts for important publishing houses such as Il Sole24Ore and Franco Angeli.

I have been expert and trainer on the Economics and Business Organization course at the University of Milan Bicocca, Faculty of Computer Science, and I continue to carry out training activities in tax and other areas at other prestigious training organizations.

I hold the position of Secretary of the Board of the National Union of Young Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts (UNGDCEC), and I previously held the position of Vice-President of the Board of UNGDCEC and Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the Union of Young Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts (UGDCEC) from Milan. Finally, I hold the post of Treasurer in the Management Board of the Italian Organization of Business Reporting Foundation (OIBR).

I have and have held positions as statutory auditor in manufacturing and service companies and as auditor also in Foundations and Associations.
